My nt scan is scheduled next week and im a little nervous since its my first one. Dont really know what they do in it. Can someone who has done it explain how it goes na?
NT scan is like any other ultrasound, darling. They put some gel on your belly and move a wand around. You just lie down comfortably. It's a non-invasive test and gives good info about baby's development. My doc told me it's part of routine checks, so nothing to worry about. You'll actually get to see your little one moving on the screen, so enjoy that!
Namaste dear, NT scan is just a part of the early checks, my mother-in-law also said it's good to follow whatever the doctor says. It's an ultrasound only, they check baby's neck area and other things. Just relax, it's a routine procedure, nothing much to prepare for, just follow your gynac's instructions properly. Always trust your doctor, they know best for you and baby.
Arre yaar, NT scan is just a normal sonography, chill! They put gel on your stomach and use that little machine to see the baby. They specifically check the neck area for some measurements. Actually, it's like your first proper glimpse of the baby, so it's super exciting! Don't stress, it's a very common test, sab log karate hai.
NT scan is basically a sonography. They ask you to lie down, put gel on your tummy and check the baby. It usually doesn't take very long, maybe 15-20 minutes. It helps doctors assess some things about the baby early on. Just make sure you get it done at a good center and collect your report properly. Sometimes they ask you to drink water before, so check with the center once.
Hey, NT scan is super important, especially if you're a bit anxious like me. It's just an ultrasound, nothing invasive. They check the nuchal translucency, which is a small fluid area behind the baby's neck. It really gives some peace of mind, but do make sure to ask the sonographer any questions you have during the scan. It helped me a lot to just see everything myself.
From my experience, especially with PCOS, every scan feels a bit tense but the NT scan is just an ultrasound. They measure the fluid at the back of the baby's neck to check for certain risks. It's non-invasive. Just try to go with an empty bladder usually for better views, and listen to the sonographer's instructions. It’s for gathering important info, so it's good you're getting it done.
The NT scan is really important, don't take it lightly. It's an ultrasound, they measure the fluid at the back of the baby's neck and check other structures. For me, because of previous issues, my doctor was very particular about getting all details. Just make sure your doctor explains the report properly after the scan. Always clarify any doubts with your gynac immediately.
