Been trying for almost a year and i have pcos, honestly feeling so low about it. Doctors keep saying its possible but my cycles are all over the place. Anyone with pcos who conceived, pls share what worked for you.
My doctor explained PCOS mainly causes irregular ovulation, so the focus is on regulating cycles and tracking ovulation. Lifestyle changes, weight management and sometimes medication that the doctor prescribes can really help. A fertility specialist guided us well, so do consult one.
Yaar I have a friend with PCOS who conceived naturally, so dont lose hope. Stress makes it harder honestly, so try to stay calm. Get a good gynac on your side and keep going.
I have PCOS and I know how disheartening this feels, but yes it is absolutely possible to conceive. For me it took tracking ovulation and some help from my doctor with timing. Every body is different so dont compare, just work with a good gynac.
I want to gently say, PCOS doesnt mean it cant happen, so please hold on to hope. My journey needed support and patience, and we got there. Whatever path you take, be kind to yourself, you are not alone in this.
