At three months I felt a mix of relief and tiredness honestly. The nausea was just starting to ease and I felt a bit more like myself. Seeing the baby at the scan made me so emotional.
End of three months means first trimester is done, usually nausea settles and energy improves. The bump may just start showing. Get your NT scan done around this time.
