Honestly in the very first week I felt nothing different at all, the symptoms came later for me. I just felt a little more tired than usual. It was only after the missed period that things started showing.
My app explained week one is counted from your last period, so you arent even pregnant yet technically. The real early symptoms kicked in around week 5-6 for me, tender breasts and tiredness mostly.
Realistically the first week you wont feel much, because thats technically before conception in pregnancy counting. Early signs like tiredness, sore breasts, nausea show up a couple weeks later. Dont expect big changes that early.
actually first week mein kuch khaas feel nahi hota yaar. mujhe toh bas thoda thakaan tha. real signs like nausea wagaira baad mein aate hai. dont read too much into it.
