How long after conception pregnancy test?

Im so impatient yaar, we tried this cycle and i keep wanting to test daily. But i know testing too early gives wrong result. After how many days does it actually show correctly? pls share.

My doc said home urine tests work best around the time of your missed period, roughly two weeks after conception. Testing too soon gives false negatives because hCG is still low. If you cant wait, a blood test can show a bit earlier.

I tested like 5 days after and got a negative and spiralled completely. Waited a few more days and it was clearly positive. Trust me, waiting saves so much heartache yaar.
