How long after intercourse can i test for pregnancy?

We have been trying this month and i keep wanting to test the very next day which i know is silly. Just want to understand how many days i should actually wait for it to show correctly. Pls share what worked for you.

Testing the next day or two wont show anything, the body needs time. Implantation happens around 6-10 days after, and hcg builds up after that. Realistically wait around 2 weeks or till your period is late for an accurate result.

Dont test the same week, total waste. Count to your expected period date, if it doesnt come then test with morning urine. Thats when youll actually know.

I know the wait feels endless but testing too soon just gave me false negatives. Two weeks is the magic number more or less. The two week wait is real and annoying haha.

Wait at least 2 weeks or until your missed period for a real result.

I literally tested 4 days after and obviously it was negative, then i spiralled for no reason. Please save yourself the stress and wait till the period is actually missed. It picks up properly only then.
