Had a normal delivery around 3 weeks ago and feeling a bit awkward to ask my doctor this directly. Just want to understand how long one should usually wait before being intimate again. Pls share what your doctors told you.
After my c section i needed a bit longer as the scar takes time to heal. My doc checked me at 6-7 weeks before saying okay. Listen to your body and your doctor, no hurry.
Honestly it took me time even after the doc allowed it, both physically and emotionally. Thats completely normal, dont feel pressure. Heal at your own pace.
