Im around 6 weeks and the soreness is honestly so bad, even touching hurts. Is this gonna stay the whole time or does it ease off after sometime? just want to know what to expect.
It's the hormones, and it usually settles down after the first trimester for most women. A soft well-fitted bra helps a lot with the tenderness. If pain is one-sided with a lump or redness though, get it checked.
Mine was intense in the first two months and then got much better in the second trimester. Was scared something's wrong but doc said normal hormone thing. Anyone else's settled around that time too?
I felt that soreness so badly in the first weeks, even hugs hurt. For me it eased off by the end of the first trimester as hormones settled. It's such an early sign, totally normal.
Don't worry, it's a very common early symptom and usually it fades after the first few months. Wear soft cotton bras and avoid pressure on them. It's just your body adjusting, beta.
Early on the tenderness was real for me and it calmed down after about 12 weeks. It comes back a bit later as the body preps for milk, but that's normal too. Comfortable support is your best friend.
