How long can i take a pregnancy test after implantation?

I think i felt some implantation type spotting few days back and now im so impatient to test. Dont want to test too early and get false result. How long should i actually wait?

Actually the trick is don't rush yaar. The line is faint or absent if you test too early. Missed period ke baad 3-4 din wait karo, phir morning pee se test, result solid aata hai.
