Around 5 weeks now and getting mild cramps on and off in my lower pet. Its not painful but im constantly worried. How many days does this normally last for you all?
Mild cramps are quite normal in the first trimester, usually for a few days or sometimes a week. It's often due to your uterus expanding or the embryo implanting. They should be mild, not severe. If you experience strong, persistent pain, especially with bleeding, contact your doctor immediately. Don't take chances with severe cramps.
Uff, early pregnancy, it's a wild ride of symptoms na! Cramping can be a part of it, like a dull ache, kinda like period cramps but milder. For me, it was off and on for the first few weeks. If it's just mild, you're probably fine. But if it's really painful or you see heavy bleeding, then please, straight to the gynac.
Light cramping in early pregnancy is super common, like many women feel it. It's usually from your uterus stretching or implantation. It can last for a few days, sometimes a week or two, on and off. But remember, if the cramps become strong, persistent, or come with bleeding, that's your cue to call your doctor immediately. Don't ignore severe pain.
With PCOS, I was always extra watchful for any symptom, and cramps were definitely a concern for me. Mild, intermittent cramps are often normal in early pregnancy due to implantation or uterine growth. But if they're severe, one-sided, or accompanied by heavy bleeding, it's crucial to consult your doctor immediately. Better safe than sorry.
Meri saas ne bataya tha ki thodi bahut cramping toh normal hai shuru mein, jaise periods aane wale hon. Uterus stretch hota hai na. But agar bahut zyada dard ho ya bleeding ho, toh immediately doc ko dikhana chahiye. Light cramps usually ek do din rehte hain, phir chale jaate hain.
Halke cramps toh normal hote hain shuru mein. Meri bhi hue the, jaise period aane wale ho. Woh ek do din ya kabhi kabhi zyada din bhi ho sakte hain, jab tak baby nestle ho raha hai. But agar bahut dard hai ya blood bhi aa raha hai, toh time waste mat karo, seedhe doc ke paas jao.
In my experience, my gynac explained that mild cramping can be quite normal in early pregnancy due to uterine changes. However, it should be mild and not accompanied by heavy bleeding or severe pain. If you're concerned about how long it's lasting or if it's getting worse, please call your doctor or the hospital helpline right away.
