I remember feeling like a complete zombie in my first trimester, literally. It gets way better in the second trimester, trust me! Take as many naps as u can now, once baby comes there's no sleeping haha.
Actually, fatigue wave-like hoti hai. Pehle 3 months super tired, fir 2nd trimester is peaceful, aur fir 3rd me heavy tummy se fatigue wapas. Listen to your body, ghar pe help mango whenever needed.

Excess fatigue sometimes can be due to thyroid fluctuations too, mera thyroid high ho gaya tha tab extreme tiredness thi. Regular blood tests and doctor follow-up zaroor rakho to keep check on vitamins and thyroid levels.
Personally, for me, the extreme fatigue lasted till around 12 weeks of pregnancy. After that, I suddenly felt a burst of energy in my second trimester. Everyone's body is different though.
