We started trying this month and i keep wondering how soon it actually happens after. Like does it take days or can it be the same day? Curious to know what others experienced.
Take it easy, conception isnt a quick thing that you can count in hours. Sometimes couples take many months too and thats completely normal. Just keep your timing right and dont put pressure on yourselves.
I had this same doubt when we started trying. From what my doctor explained, it can happen within a day of the egg meeting but it doesnt mean every month works out. Timing around ovulation matters more than the exact hour.
Same confusion I had na. So basically it takes a few days for everything to happen inside, not minutes? I was also imagining it like instant haha. Good to know its a slow process.
My amma used to say it is all about the right days, and turns out doctor said the same thing about ovulation. The actual joining can be within a day but a positive test takes a couple weeks. Be patient, it happens in its own time.
Its not instant yaar, fertilisation can take a day or two and then implantation few more days after that. So even if you conceive, your body takes around a week or more to actually settle it. Dont test the next morning, you'll just stress for nothing.
