How long does morning sickness last during pregnancy?
Im 9 weeks and the nausea is honestly draining me out. Just want to know till when this usually lasts so i can mentally prepare. Does it go after first trimester for most? someone pls tell me there's an end.
Oh, those weeks of not wanting to eat anything were the worst! Mine cleared up by week 13, and then my appetite came back with a vengeance for spicy chaat!
I had it till week 16, and was so worried because of my PCOS history. It's usually safe and temporary, but check with your doctor if it becomes too severe.
Usually it peaks around 9 weeks and gets much better by week 14 or 15. If you have severe vomiting where you can't keep water down, do let your gynac know.
I felt so miserable in my first trimester, the nausea lasted until week 14 for me. I actually cried some days, but it finally got better in the second trimester.
The worst of it is usually over by week 12 to 14 when placenta takes over. However, if you are experiencing severe dehydration or constant vomiting, please consult your gynac.
