Bit confused honestly. Doc counts from my last period date but i conceived later, so the real time baby is inside should be less na? how many actual weeks/months is it really?
Pregnancy is counted as 40 weeks from your last period date, which is about 9 months. Babies often come a bit before or after that, so its an estimate. Your gynac gives a due date but full term is anywhere from 37 to 42 weeks.
40 weeks they say, but in the last month it feels like 40 years honestly. I'm waddling around counting days. Whoever called it 9 months conveniently forgot how looong each week feels at the end.
