Weeks and months are confusing me so much. App says 17 weeks, my mother says 5th month started, and I dont know how to count. How do you all calculate months?
Elders at home always say 10 months because they count differently, but medically it is 40 weeks from your last period. So both are kind of right, just go by what ur doctor tells for the due date.
Full term is about 9 months but technically its 40 weeks which is closer to 9 and a bit. Doctors count in weeks not months, so dont get confused when they say 38 or 40 weeks.
I got confused too because my app shows weeks and my mom keeps asking which month. Someone told me just divide weeks roughly by 4. Anyone else find the week vs month thing confusing?
