I started tracking my cycle on an app and it says my luteal phase is on the shorter side. Now im a bit worried if thats why its not happening yet. Anyone here understand this better?
I tracked my cycles on an app and it showed my luteal phase length each month. Around 12-14 days is the typical range. If your tracker keeps showing very short, definitely bring it up with your gynac.
My doctor told me a healthy luteal phase is usually around 12 to 14 days. If its shorter than 10 days it can make it harder to conceive because the lining doesnt hold well. She suggested tracking and checking progesterone if I was worried.
Mine was on the shorter side because of hormonal issues and my doctor looked into it. I wouldnt self diagnose this from charts alone, the numbers can vary. Please get your hormones checked if you suspect a short phase.
