Got a home test kit yesterday and im planning to do it early morning. Bit confused na, can i collect the urine and let it sit for some time or does it have to be fresh? Dont want a wrong result.
Most kits say use fresh morning urine, dont store it for hours. The instructions on the box usually say test within a few minutes of collecting. I always just did it first thing in morning, more accurate.
Home kit is okay for a rough idea but if its faint or confusing pls get a blood test done. Doc can confirm properly with beta hcg. Dont rely only on the strip.
Use it fresh, dont let it sit around. Morning urine is the most concentrated so hcg shows clearly. Both times I tested early morning and it worked fine.
