How long to lay down after intercourse to get pregnant?

We have been trying for a few months now and someone told me i should lie down for a while after. Is there actually a right amount of time or is that just an old wives tale? pls share what worked for u.

I read the same advice, around 15 minutes lying down. Whether it really helps or not I dont know, but I do it anyway just in case. Honestly timing the ovulation seemed to matter more for us.

Yaar dont overthink this part, I used to just chill lying down for a bit, maybe 15 mins. Stressing about every little thing made it harder for me. Relax, it happens. Focus more on your fertile window.

Lying down 10-15 minutes is what people usually suggest, it doesnt hurt though theres no strong proof it makes a big difference. The bigger thing is tracking your fertile days. If you have been trying a while, do see a gynac.
