I soak almonds every night and eat in the morning, but my sister said too many can cause heat. Im in my first trimester. How many is okay in a day, dont want to overdo it.
Beta in our time we soaked a handful of badam overnight and ate them in the morning, around 5 to 6. They say it is good for the baby. But anything in moderation only, dont overdo it.
I ate about 8 to 10 soaked almonds daily in both pregnancies, no issues. Soaking makes them easier to digest. Just dont go overboard since they are heavy.
I had gestational diabetes so my doctor told me almonds were actually good as a snack, around a small handful. They didnt spike my sugar like fruit did. But please confirm the quantity with ur own doc if u have any sugar concern.
