How many babies can a woman have in one pregnancy?

Twins run in my husbands family so this thought just popped in my head. Just curious actually, whats the max possible in one pregnancy?

Usually one baby per pregnancy. Twins are fairly common, triplets and more are rare and often need monitoring. Nature mostly keeps it to one or two.

Most commonly its one, twins and triplets happen but less often. I got twins and trust me, two is already a full circus haha. Higher numbers usually come with fertility treatments and are rarer.

Technically more than one is possible but lets not wish a whole cricket team yaar haha. One or two is the usual. Anything more and the doctor watches very closely.
