I love carrots and have been eating them daily in salad and juice. Then someone told me too much might not be good in pregnancy and now im confused. How much is actually fine?
I loved carrots in pregnancy, used to munch them raw and in salads. One or two a day is great and so refreshing. I just kept variety with other veggies too instead of only carrots.
A carrot or two a day is perfectly fine, they're full of good stuff. Just dont go overboard eating a whole bowl daily because too much vitamin A from excess isn't ideal. Normal serving, no worries.
Carrots are good but they do have natural sugar, so I kept mine to a moderate amount when I had sugar issues. A couple a day is fine for most. If you have any blood sugar concern, ask your doctor about quantity.
