Mild dull aches can come and go for a few days, but if it's disrupting your day or severe, don't wait around. Just get an appointment with your gynac to rule out any issues.
Early pregnancy brings so many weird aches, and mild abdominal pulling can last a few days. But if you feel strong cramps or severe pain, please call your gynac doctor immediately to be safe.
I've read that slight cramping can happen for a few days during implantation, but if the pain is severe, it's better to consult a doctor. Please don't neglect it.
