How many days after conception can you take pregnancy test?
We tracked my ovulation this cycle so i kind of know when it might have happened. Now im counting days and itching to test already. How soon after is the result actually reliable?
I tested at like 8 days and it was negative, I was so upset. Two days after the missed period it was clearly positive. Did anyone else jump the gun like this?
My doctor said hCG becomes detectable in urine roughly 12 to 14 days after conception, which is around your missed period. Testing before that often gives a false negative. She advised first morning urine for the best accuracy.
From my tracking, around two weeks after ovulation is the sweet spot for a clear result. I tested earlier and just got faint confusing lines. Waiting saved me a lot of stress.
