How many days after conception to take a pregnancy test?

I think ovulation happened around 10 days back and now I want to test. I dont know exact conception day, only app estimate. How many days should I wait for reliable result?

When I was trying I learnt testing before the missed period is mostly useless cos hormone is too low. So aim for the day after ur expected period or later. The wait is the worst part na.

Wait till ur period is missed, around 2 weeks after. More accurate then.

My gynac said wait till about a week after ur missed period for accuracy, which is roughly 3 weeks after conception. Testing too early gives false negatives because hCG hasnt built up enough. Patience is hard but it saves the confusion.

I tested wayyy too early and got a negative, then cried, then it was actually positive a few days later. Learn from me, wait at least till ur period is due or a couple days late. Saves so much heartache.

Best to wait for the missed period, thats around 2 weeks after conception. Some kits claim early detection but I always got clearer results after the period was actually late. Test with morning urine for best result.
