My period is 4 days late and im super impatient to test. Just want to know how many days after missing periods the test actually shows correct result, dont want to do it too early and get a fake negative.
Best is to test after your period is actually missed, so usually around the day your period was due or a couple days after. Testing too early gives faint or wrong result. I always waited till at least 1 day after missed period.
Usually home tests work best from the first day of your missed period. If your cycle is irregular, wait at least 2 weeks after the possible date. Morning urine gives a stronger line, thats what the app and my doc both said.
Dont test daily and stress yourself yaar, i did that and just wasted strips. Wait till period is missed by a day or two, then check with morning urine. If still confused do a blood test, its more accurate.
I tested too early first time and it showed negative, i felt so confused. Then after period got delayed by 3-4 days i tested again and it was clear positive. Did anyone else also get a false negative when testing early?
