How many days does cramping last in early pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant, around 5 weeks. been getting mild cramps in my lower pet on n off and it makes me a little tension everytime. how long does this usually go on for? anyone else had this early?
Mild cramping in early pregnancy is quite common, like light period pain. It can come and go for a few days, sometimes a week or two, as your uterus stretches. Warm compress can help sometimes. But if it's severe, constant, or you see any bleeding, please call your gynac immediately, don't ignore it.
I had some cramping early on, and with my PCOS history, I was extra worried. It's common for it to last a few days to a week or so as the uterus is preparing. But always mention it to your doctor, especially if it feels different or gets stronger. Better to be safe and get it checked.
Mild cramping can last for a few days to a couple of weeks in early pregnancy as your body adjusts. It's usually a normal part of implantation and your uterus growing.
Light cramping is very normal in the first trimester, it's just your uterus stretching. It usually comes and goes for a few weeks, feels like mild period pain. As long as there's no heavy bleeding or severe, sharp pain, you're fine. But if you're worried, just call your doctor, always.
I remember having mild cramps, almost like period pains, during my early weeks. They usually lasted a few days, on and off. It's often due to your uterus expanding and implantation. Keep an eye on it though; if it becomes really painful or you see blood, definitely call your doctor right away.
