We just started trying this month and i keep wondering how long it actually takes. Some friends say it happened fast for them, for some it took a while. Curious about everyone's experience here.
My gynac said for a healthy couple it can take up to a year and that's still considered normal. The fertile window around ovulation is the key time. She told us to relax and only investigate if a year passes.
It's not a fixed number yaar, conception happens around ovulation which is roughly mid cycle. But for many couples it takes a few months of trying, totally normal. Dont put pressure on yourself month one.
We are also just starting to try and I had the same question. From what I read it can take a few months even when everything is fine, so I'm trying not to worry too soon.
Take it easy, it really varies from person to person. For some it's the first month, for others a few months. Stress only makes it harder, so be patient with yourself.
