How many days in pregnancy?

Everyone keeps saying 9 months but my doctor counts in weeks and now im totally lost on how many days it actually is from start to delivery. Can someone explain the maths simply? newly pregnant and just want to plan.

About 280 days, which is 40 weeks counted from your last period. Roughly 9 months. Babies can arrive a couple weeks either side of that.

Beta around nine months hota hai, woh hi 280 din ke aaspaas. Doctor due date bata degi. Har baby thoda jaldi ya late aa sakta hai, no tension.

My app showed it as 280 days or 40 weeks from the last period date. It counted down for me which was kind of fun. Due dates are just estimates though, not exact.
