Im 3 days late and usually im very regular so this is unusual for me. Trying not to get my hopes up but cant stop thinking about it. At how many days late did u all decide to test?
Mine was a week late once and I convinced myself I was pregnant, turned out it was just stress. So please dont spiral like I did. After a few days late, just test and stop guessing.
A late period can mean pregnancy but also stress, travel or hormones. If it is 5-7 days late and you have been trying, just take a test. Late period alone is not confirmation, the test is.
