How many days of pregnancy test?

I missed my period but only by two days and I dont want to waste kits. Last cycle was also slightly late so I am confused. After how many days did you test at home?

Wait till your period is actually missed, then test. Mostly thats around day 28 to 30 of your cycle. Testing too early just gives faint or false results and more tension, been there twice.

Same doubt i had! Someone told me at least 7 days after the missed period for a sure result na? I tested on day 3 of missed and it was so faint i panicked for nothing.

Usually a week after your missed period. Earlier than that is unreliable.

My mother always said wait one week after the date is missed, and she wasnt wrong. The home kit works well by then. For full confirmation though a blood beta hcg test at the lab is most accurate, ask your doctor.

Beta wait for the period to not come, then after few days do the test at home in morning time. Thats how i did with both my kids, came correct.

I track my cycle on an app and it told me to test the day after my expected period date. Morning urine, first wee, gives clearest line. If too early it can show negative even when ur pregnant, so patience helps.
