Im newly pregnant and people keep counting in weeks which confuses me. I just want to know in days how long it goes from start to delivery. Pls explain simply.
I got confused by this too, its 40 weeks from last period not from when u conceived. Did anyone else find the date counting confusing? The app helped me track it.
Its roughly 280 days, that is about 40 weeks counted from your last period date. Most babies come anywhere between 37 and 42 weeks though, so the due date is just an estimate.
Its about nine months and roughly a week, around 40 weeks. Dont fix on one exact date, babies have their own timing. Ur doctor will give u a due date as a guide.
My gynac said they count 40 weeks from the first day of ur last period, which comes to around 9 months and a bit. Full term is from 37 weeks onwards. The exact day is rarely on the dot.
