We just started trying this month and im a little confused about the whole counting thing. Like after how many days does it actually show or get confirmed? Newly married so no clue, pls guide.
My gynac told me that a full term is 37 to 40 weeks, which is about 259 to 280 days. They count from the first day of your last period, not the conception day. That's why the baby due date can thoda change later.
Normally we count 280 days from the LMP, but please eat healthy meals on time throughout this phase. Especially watch your sugar intake from day one because sweet cravings can thoda increase.

Actually yaar, it is usually counted as 40 weeks from your last period date. So around 280 days lagte hain normal delivery tak. But don't count days, just download a tracker and take it easy.
