My period is 4 days late and i did a home test this morning but the second line was super faint. Confused if i should wait more days or go straight for a blood test. How many days do u all usually wait before its actually confirmed?
My gynac told me hCG takes time to build up, so usually a week after missed period a home test is pretty reliable. For full confirmation she did a blood beta test which shows even earlier. Best to do both honestly.
Wait till your period is actually late, then test with first morning urine. Testing too soon just gives confusing faint lines. With both my kids I waited 2-3 days after missed period and got clear positives.
