You confirm after a missed period, not after a normal period. So wait till the date your next period was due and is late, then test with morning urine. Roughly two weeks after ovulation is when it shows clearly.
I kept miscounting days and stressing myself out so badly. The simplest rule is, wait for the missed period then test. Testing before that just gave me confusing results and more anxiety, so please wait it out.
