These days i feel sleepy all the time and end up sleeping like 10 hrs and still tired. Wondering if thats too much or normal for this phase. How much do u all manage?
Honestly enjoy all the sleep now because after the baby comes its gone hahaha. I tried for 8 hours but the frequent peeing kept waking me up. Nap whenever you feel like it.
Aim for around 7-8 hours at night and a short afternoon nap if you can. Your body is doing extra work so rest is important. Dont feel guilty about the daytime nap at all.
