Second trimester now and my gynac mentioned a couple of injections i'll need to take going forward. I forgot to ask how many in total through the whole pregnancy. Just want a rough idea of what to expect, can anyone share?
My gynac gave me the tetanus shots and there was a separate one based on my blood group situation. The exact number depends on your health and what they decide. She explained each one before giving it.
The basic ones like TT are usually low cost or free at government centres. Anything extra your doctor advises based on your needs. Just keep your vaccination card updated so you dont miss any.
Beta i got the TT injections during my pregnancy at the clinic, just a couple. The nurse told me when to come. Your doctor will tell you exactly which ones you need, dont worry.
