I used to walk about 2 km every evening during my pregnancy, and it really helped with my stamina during labor. Just listen to your body, take slow steps, and don't overdo it.

My doctor said about 2 to 3 km of gentle walking per day is excellent, provided you break it into 15-20 minute sessions. Research shows keeping your heart rate under control is key, so don't push yourself if you feel breathless.
Walking is the best free exercise, saving you from expensive prenatal gym memberships! I just did a simple 30-minute walk daily in our society park, which helped me stay active without spending anything extra.
Please be very careful and ask your doctor first. I had some early bleeding and was put on complete bed rest, so walking even a little bit can be risky if there are complications. Always follow your gynac's advice.
