How many liters of water to drink during pregnancy?
First trimester here and I get thirsty all the time but then also feel I have to pee every 10 min lol. Trying to drink enough but dont want to overdo it. Kitna paani is actually right in a day?
Hydration is so crucial, especially when you're growing a life inside you. While everyone says 2-3 liters, it's always best to follow your gynac's specific advice. Just listen to your body and try to drink consistently throughout the day. Take care.
You should aim for around 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily during pregnancy. It prevents dehydration, UTIs, and helps with amniotic fluid. Keep a water bottle handy and sip throughout the day.
I remember struggling to drink enough water! It felt like so much. But truly, it's super important. I tried to drink at least 10-12 glasses, maybe 2-3 litres. It really helps with swelling and keeps you feeling good. Just keep sipping!
Oh, that's a good question! I'm still trying to conceive, but I keep hearing how important hydration is. I'm also wondering if it's different for everyone, or if there's a general amount we should aim for? Hope you get clear answers!
Haan na, paani toh bahut important hai pregnancy mein. Generally, bolte hain 8-12 glasses, which means around 2-3 liters. But apni body ko suno, agar aur pyaas lage toh zaroor piyo. Gynac se bhi confirm kar lo ek baar.
My doctor told me that 8-12 glasses of water a day is essential, which comes to about 2.3 to 3 litres. It helps with blood volume, amniotic fluid, and preventing constipation and UTIs. Plus, if you're active or it's hot, you might need even more, so keep it flowing!
