Give it time beta, these things dont always happen instantly and that's completely normal. Most couples take several months. Just take care of your health and dont let the pressure build up.

My gynac said for couples under 35 it's normal to try for up to a year before getting checked, and after 35 around six months. So dont worry if it doesnt happen in the first couple of months. Track your fertile days and stay relaxed.
