My mom soaks almonds and gives me daily but im not sure how much is actually enough or too much. Adding walnuts also now. Whats a good quantity per day according to u all?
Don't overdo it, nuts are heavy to digest. Just soak 5 almonds and 2 walnuts overnight, peel the almonds in the morning and eat them. That's more than enough.
I remember soaking almonds every night, thinking of my little baby's health. 4-5 soaked almonds and 2 walnuts are great, you are doing a wonderful job mama.
