We got married last month and want to start our family soon. Honestly we are both a bit clueless about timing and how often is needed. Can someone pls share how it worked for them, feeling shy to ask anyone in person.
Stop counting times, it just stresses you out. Focus on your ovulation days, thats when chances are highest. For both my kids it happened when we just relaxed and didnt make it a chore.
Theres no fixed number really. What matters is timing around your fertile days, basically the few days near ovulation. Once a cycle isnt about a magic count, its about hitting the right window.
I was wondering this same thing when we started trying. From what I read its about the fertile window more than a number. Maybe try a ovulation tracker, it helped me understand my cycle.
My doctor explained that being together every 2-3 days through the month covers the fertile window without overthinking the count. Tracking ovulation helps too. So its less about how many times and more about the right days.
