Bit of an awkward one but we are newly trying and i genuinely dont know how often we should be doing it to actually conceive. is more always better or no? would appreciate honest replies.
There's no fixed number, just have regular intercourse around ovulation, roughly every couple of days in the fertile window. Stressing about timing it perfectly actually backfires. Both my pregnancies happened when we stopped obsessing over it.
Dont stress over counting yaar, just keep it natural every couple of days around ovulation. Putting too much pressure made it harder for my friend. Relax and enjoy, it happens.
We were also confused about how often, someone said daily, someone said alternate days. I read every 2 to 3 days is enough. Trying to keep it relaxed and not turn it into a chore, haha.
If u mean how often to have intercourse to conceive, every 2 to 3 days through your cycle, especially in the fertile window, works well. U dont need to do it daily, that's a myth. Regular and relaxed is the key.
