We started trying this month and im a bit clueless about timing honestly. Dont know if doing it more often helps or if its about the right days. Can someone who conceived share how it worked for them?
We are trying too and I downloaded an ovulation tracker app. It tells the fertile days and we just relax instead of counting. Less stress helped us a lot honestly.
There is no fixed number yaar. The trick is to be regular around your ovulation days, like every alternate day in that fertile window. My husband is in healthcare and he always says timing matters more than counting.
Dont overthink the number. Around ovulation, every 2 days is enough, daily can also be fine. The most important thing is to enjoy and not make it a task, that pressure actually delays things.
Same question was in my mind too. We were getting anxious counting days. My friend told me just track the fertile week and stay calm, so we are trying that now.
With my pcos the ovulation was irregular so counting times didnt really help us. My gynac gave me a scan to track ovulation properly. If you are trying for a while, do check with a doctor for the right timing.
