Dont get confused by all the terms beta. Most are normal pregnancies, some are twins, and a few need extra care. If something specific is written in ur report, ask ur doctor calmly, she'll explain simply.
From what my doc explained, doctors usually talk about types like single baby, twins or multiples, and then some specific ones like ectopic which is when it implants outside the uterus. Its not really a fixed list, depends what u mean. Ask ur gynac if u read a specific term somewhere.
I was wondering the same when I read about high risk vs normal. Turns out that's more about risk level than type. Is that what u meant or the twins thing? Either way doc is the best person to ask.
Mostly people mean intrauterine which is the normal one, vs ectopic, and then single vs twins/triplets. If u saw a word in ur report and got worried, just ask the doctor what it means, dont google and panic.
