How many walnuts should i eat a day during pregnancy?
I started eating walnuts because everyone says they are good, but I dont know the right quantity. I dont want to overdo dry fruits also. How many did you eat daily?
Always best to check with your gynac for things like this, even for walnuts. Everyone's body and pregnancy is different, so what works for one might not be ideal for another. Better safe than sorry, na? They can tell you exactly what suits you.
Bete, walnuts are considered very good for brain development for the baby. Ghar pe mummyji kehte the 2-3 kha lo subah. Par haan, zyaada bhi nahi khana chahiye, garmi karte hain. Ask your gynac once, just to be sure if you have any doubts.
Walnuts, huh? With twins, I felt like I needed double everything! But seriously, maybe 2-3 are good. Dont overdo it, they are quite filling and can be heavy on the stomach if you eat too many. My doctor just said to have a handful of nuts daily, not specific numbers for each.
Walnuts are great for brain development, so I tried to have a few daily during my pregnancy, like 2 or 3. Even now, while breastfeeding, I snack on them. Just soak them overnight, it helps with digestion and makes them easier to eat. They are a good source of omega-3.
I had thyroid issues during my pregnancy, so I was very particular about what I ate. Walnuts are good, but portion control is key. Your doctor can give you the exact amount suitable for your specific health conditions, especially if you have any pre-existing issues like thyroid. Always ask your doc!
