My MIL soaks badam every night and tells me to eat a handful in the morning, but honestly i feel like its becoming too much. Im in 4th month, how many is actually ok per day? Dont want to overdo it yaar.
Ghar pe mummy and my MIL both were super strict about badam, they made me eat exactly 5 soaked and peeled ones first thing in the morning. They said eating unpeeled ones causes heat, so always peel them. It actually became a nice little morning ritual for us.
Honestly, just stick to a handful of soaked badam every morning, around 5 to 7 is plenty. I used to keep them in my office drawer because mornings were always super chaotic. Don't overdo it because they are warm for the body.
Ugh, honestly I am in my third trimester now and just chewing them feels like a workout. My gynac said 5-6 soaked badam is great, but right now I just swallow them with water because who has the energy to chew so much? Baby is taking all my battery!
Hey, don't stress too much about the exact count. Just eat around 5-6 soaked almonds every morning, it's super good for the baby. No need to go crazy over it, happy mom makes a happy baby, na!
Soaked almonds are awesome, mere normal delivery ke time doctor also said nuts are great for stamina. I had around 4 to 6 daily throughout my journey. Just peel them and have them with milk, it really helps with energy!
I totally understand how much we worry about every little bite we take for our baby! I used to soak about 4 to 5 badam every night and peel them in the morning while whispering a little prayer for my baby's health. Honestly, it's such a sweet phase, just eat a few daily and feel that love.
