Mine went up about a cup size or two and got really tender early on. I felt sore even when changing clothes in the first trimester. It surprised me how fast it happened honestly.
It varies a lot, some go up one cup size, some two or more, and it continues changing once milk comes in. Invest in a couple of good supportive non wired bras early, it makes a big difference to comfort.
It grows through pregnancy and then again when your milk comes in after delivery, so dont buy too many bras in one go. Soft maternity bras were a lifesaver for me. The size really does keep shifting.
It's different for everyone, mine increased noticeably by the second trimester. My family said it's all natural preparation for feeding. Just get comfortable bras and dont worry about the exact number.
Let's just say my old bras filed for retirement very early haha. It's totally normal, they grow and get heavier. Get comfy supportive ones and enjoy the upgrade while it lasts.
