Everyone in my ghar is telling me to drink nariyal pani daily for the baby's skin and all. Im 5 months now and having one glass roz, but is daily too much or fine? Just want to know how much u all drank.
Honestly, coconut water was my absolute savior when I couldn't keep even plain water down. One glass in the morning really helped with my nausea and acidity. Just make sure it is fresh and not packaged.
I used to drink one fresh coconut water everyday around mid-morning during my pregnancy. It kept my hydration levels great and even now while breastfeeding, I feel staying hydrated is key. Go ahead and enjoy it daily.
I drank so much coconut water thinking my baby would have super soft skin, but now I just have a baby who refuses to sleep at night! Jokes apart, one glass daily is great but don't drink it late evening unless u want to spend the whole night running to the loo.
My pregnancy tracker app recommended having one coconut water daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. It's packed with electrolytes which help prevent leg cramps and dehydration. Just don't overdo it, one glass a day is perfect.
I am in my 3rd trimester now and keeping myself hydrated is a task, so I grab one coconut water daily. But honestly, matching it with my frequent urination trips is an Olympic sport. Stick to one cup in the afternoon, yaar.
Generally, one glass a day is considered very healthy, but it is always best to check with your gynac once. Some women with gestational diabetes or high potassium levels might need to limit it, so better to be safe.
Same here, I love having it but I was confused about the quantity too! My MIL says to have it daily, but does it cause cold? I am currently in my 4th month and having one glass every alternate day just to be safe.
