My gynac mentioned DHA is good for baby brain development and i started a supplement but honestly im not sure how much is enough per day. Some say its in the prenatal already. anyone know the right amount?

Honestly dont overthink the number, your gynac writes it on the prescription. I just bought what she wrote and took it once a day with food. Saves you the confusion.
My doctor told me DHA is good for the baby brain and eyes and prescribed it as part of my supplements. She gave a fixed dose so I never decided the amount myself. Please dont pick a random number, let ur gynac set the dose based on your needs.
My app kept reminding me about omega and DHA, but the exact mg came from my doctor's prescription. The capsule she gave already had the right amount mixed in. So I just followed that na, no guessing.
