How much is frequent urination in early pregnancy?
Im around 6 weeks and going to washroom every hour, even waking up 3-4 times at night. Is this much normal yaar or am i overthinking? Just want to know how often it was for u all in the beginning.
Frequent urination is completely normal in early pregnancy, didi. Your blood volume increases a lot, and your kidneys are working overtime to filter it. Plus, your growing uterus starts putting pressure on your bladder. So, expect to make many trips to the washroom, it's just how it is.
Oh my goodness, this is me right now! I feel like I'm peeing every hour, even in the middle of the night. Is it normal to go like 10-12 times a day? I drink a lot of water, but this feels excessive sometimes. Just wanted to know if others feel the same.
Yaar, it's SO frequent, you'll feel like you're permanently attached to the loo! Don't stress too much, it's a super common and normal symptom. Your blood volume is increasing, and your bladder is getting squished a bit. Just keep hydrating and remember it's all for the baby!
Frequent urination is a very common early pregnancy symptom, so don't worry too much about that. Your body increases blood flow and fluids, and your kidneys process more. However, if it comes with pain, burning, or fever, please get it checked by your gynac to rule out a UTI. Always better to be cautious.
Haha, 'how much' is like, ALL THE TIME! I remember I practically lived in the bathroom during my first trimester. It felt endless. It's totally normal, though; your body is working hard. Just make sure you're still drinking enough water so you don't get dehydrated. It does get better after the first trimester a bit.
